Training access
Course access is personal, non-transferable and valid for the period shown at checkout. Learners must keep login credentials confidential and may not redistribute private course material.
Assessments and certificates
Module progression requires the configured passing score. Certificates are issued only after the platform records completion of all required learning and assessments. Certificates may be revoked if issued in error, obtained through misuse, or where a full refund cancels the underlying enrollment.
Acceptable use
Automated scraping, account sharing, tampering with assessments, bypassing access controls, copying protected training content or interfering with platform availability is prohibited.
Payments and refunds
Fees are shown before checkout. Payment is handled by the configured gateway. Cancellations and refunds are governed by the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy accepted at checkout.
