Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before requesting a refund
Contact support with the registered email address, course name and payment reference. Eligibility depends on applicable law, the payment status, course access already consumed and any organization-specific agreement.
Digital course access
Because access to digital training may begin immediately after payment, refund eligibility can be limited once substantial course material has been accessed or assessments/certification have been completed, subject always to mandatory consumer rights that apply to the transaction.
Approved refunds
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel where possible. Processing time can depend on the payment provider and banking network. A full processed refund cancels the related active course enrollment and revokes any certificate associated with that refunded enrollment.
