Information we collect
We collect account information including name, email and mobile number, enrollment and payment references, course progress, assessment attempts, post-course feedback, certificate records, security/audit data and support communications needed to provide the training service.
How we use information
Information is used to authenticate learners, deliver training, contact learners about their enrollment, record progress, process payments, issue certificates, collect quality feedback, prevent abuse, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Payments and service providers
Payment card credentials are handled by the configured payment gateway and are not stored by ManakGyan. We may use hosting, email, database and object-storage providers as processors to operate the platform.
Retention and security
We retain records for legitimate operational, certification, accounting and legal purposes and apply access controls, encrypted transport, audit logging and restricted administrative access.
